Pierre-Michel Virot,
a native of Geneva, reestablished himself in the city in
1997 after spending 10 years in Zurich working mainly for
Swiss French magazines, newspapers and performing Fine Art
black&white studio work.
He lived throughout Europe, Japan and the United States and
travelled several years for the World Health
Organization,
mainly in Africa, in Asia, the middle East and South America.
Alongside to his activities at the United Nations and
Other International Organizations in Geneva, he focuses
on Custom Portraiture, Corporate Identity, Commercial,
Glamour and Art Images. Other photographic interests are
Publicity, Special Events and Assignments on Locations.
Pierre speaks French, English, German and Italian.

Permanent exhibition room at Musée Riattu, Arles,
France (les rencontres de la photographie), Several
exhibitions in 2000, following the nominations of two
pictures at the 4th Swiss Professional Photographers Award
1999 as well as several exhibitions for the World Health
